My Outdoor Bootcamp's best suit individuals looking to get fitter, stronger and faster. For those that would like to train and socialise in the fresh air, this is one is definitely for you.
The Outdoor Bootcamp consists of a mixture of cardio, plyometrics, core and resistance training. You will be invited to participate in various obstacle courses, boxing pad-work, agility challenges, high intensity training (HITT)
The term use it or lose it couldn't be more true. Our bodies need to be used effectively to remain strong and supple. By not using our bodies in such a way we run the risk of having flabby/weak muscles (muscle atrophy), our bones and joints will be much more susceptible to injuries and our heart and lungs will no longer work efficiently. Fortunately our bodies can be very forgiving and my outdoor bootcamp's will set out to reverse these issues.

Richmond boasts one of the best outdoor environments conducive to fitness. With several parks in the area, there is no shortage of ideal venues, ample space and peaceful surroundings. Working out in the fresh air will be a truly invigorating experience.
With all the necessary equipment, I incorporate a combination of strength, circuit and cardio exercises to keep your training functional and fun to ensure optimal goals are achieved.

Outdoor small group training (maximum 6 people)
This is a great way to meet like minded people with similar keep fit goals and interests. It is a great way to benefit from the quality of a personal trainer in a small group situation. I have kept this as a small group so that I can train every individual in relation to their fitness goals and ensure that all abilities will be catered for.

One to One Personal Training
With each session you will receive my undivided professional guidance and assistance that will ensure optimum results in a minimum amount of time.
I will design your exercise workout program so that it is tailored to your requirements, making sure that you remain motivated, focused and adopt the correct technique at all times.
Partner Personal Training
Great for partners or friends that have similar fitness goals. This is a fantastic way too keep you motivated and push yourself that little bit further, especially it you're the competetive type.
Mobile Personal Training
Training at home is ideal for those of you that don't like training in a busy gym environment.
If you get distracted easily by others training around you or if you feel conscious of people watching you train then training at home is the perfect alternative.
If you would like to train at home, you will need to ensure that there is ample space to train. If space is limited inside your home, the garden is also a good option.
You will benefit from a thoroughly balanced work out using a wide range of equipment all in the comfort of your own home.
Sessions at home are convenient and will save you time travelling to the gym.
Mobile PT is available to anyone living in the areas of Richmond, Kew, Sheen, Ham, Kingston, Twickenham, Whitton, St- Magarets,Teddington and Hampton.
I also offer mobile partner training. This would be beneficial if the person you are training with is at a similar fitness level to you.
Intensive package that will get you into shape fast and is ideal for events such as a wedding or simply to look amazing on a beach.
